Thank you for visiting and shopping at Brandless Manufacture. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Brandless Manufacture ship nationwide in the United States, Canada, Europe and Hong Kong.

Delivery Locations

On brandlessmfr.com we ship nationwide in the United States, Canada, Europe and Hong Kong. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. However, we can ship orders directly to your home or business.

Shipment Processing Times

All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, additional 2-4 business days during busy periods (not apply to custom orders). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping Information & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@brandlessmfr.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $500 within City of Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, Surrey and White Rock. For orders under $500, we charge $X for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 48 hours to 5 business days. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Domestic & International Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
